Shipping Policy

At PrintHood Ghana, we offer reliable door-to-door delivery services to ensure your orders are conveniently delivered to your location.
This policy outlines our delivery process, charges, and other important details for customers in Kumasi and Accra.

Delivery Service Overview

We provide door-to-door delivery within Kumasi and Accra at competitive flat rates. This service ensures that your order is delivered directly to your specified address without the need for pick-up.

With other regions, though we are doing everything possible to reach you via our door-to -door delivery, we currently deliver to regional bus terminals for your pick up.

Delivery Charges
  • Kumasi: A flat delivery fee of  GHS 20applies to all orders below 10 pieces of any/all products.
  • Accra: A flat delivery fee of  GHS 35 applies to all orders below 10 pieces of any/all products.

Delivery Times

  • Kumasi: Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after production.
  • Accra: Orders are typically delivered on Saturdays between 8am – 7pm after production.
 Please note that production time (typically [3–5 business days]) is separate from delivery time.
Delivery Process
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.
  • Dispatch Notification: Once your order is ready for delivery, we will notify you with the dispatch details, including the estimated delivery date.
  • Delivery Attempt: Our delivery agents will contact you prior to arrival to ensure availability.
 

Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete address details, including landmarks where necessary. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional charges for re-delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempt

If our delivery agent is unable to reach you after two attempts:

  • The package will be returned to our facility.
  • You will need to contact us to reschedule delivery, and additional delivery fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging for verification.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our assessment.

Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or holidays.
  • Flat rates are subject to periodic review and may be updated.
